Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. An order may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Requests for refund must be made via email or phone on the same day (i.e. order date). Refund requests are processed within 10 working days with a fees of 2%.

2. Products may be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery to the address mentioned in the ‘Contact Us’ Page. The return shipment is at customer’s own cost. Kindly email us the details of the return package. Refund requests are processed within 10 working days with a fees of 2%, after receiving the package.

3. Products can only be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery to the address mentioned in the ‘Contact Us’ Page ,Only if there are any manufacturing defect in the product. Brand new replacement will be provided.

4. Manufacturing Defects includes ‘missing pages’, ‘misprint’ etc. Minor chipping of the corners of the book in transit process will not be considered as manufacturing defects.

5. In order to get the replacement of the defective product please send the video and images clearly showing the DEFECTS and ASP ONLINE stamp imprinted on the the last page of each book. 6. Our publication Books purchased from any Bookseller/Retail shop or from any other online platform, any request for exchange or refund  for the same shall not be entertained at all.

7. We send All latest editions/ Reprint 2025, the covers of the book might be different from the pictures uploaded on the website.
