About The Author
Dr. Ashok Kumar jain
Dr. Ashok Kumar Jain is the founder of Ascent Publications, a profound researcher and author of many well-read law books in India. He has completed his B.Sc. Hons. from Hansraj college, Delhi university. He also had an informal education in psychology and anthropology, when he was preparing for UPSC. He received his bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University.
Meanwhile he realized that this is the ocean he wants to dive deep into and conquer. Since then, there was no looking back for him. Then he continued on to earn his masters degree in law (LL.M.) in first class from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. In 2008 he even received the doctorate of law (Ph.D.) in Joint forest management, from Delhi University. As of now DR. Ashok Kumar Jain has authored more than 50 titles in legal sphere and still counting.

Advocate Rishabh Jain
As the passion for legal studies is in the blood, Adv. Rishabh Jain is the nephew of Dr. Ashok Kumar Jain. Adv. Rishabh Jain is a young, dynamic legal researcher of Ascent Publications. He has done his schooling from one of the India’s prestigious schools, Modern school, Barakhamba road. He holds his bachelor’s degree in business administration.
He received his bachelors degree in law (LL.B.)in first class from Amity law school, Noida and then continued on there to earn his masters degree (LL.M.) in International Environmental Law in first class, from Amity Law School, Noida. He has also attended London School Of Economics And Political Science (LSE) Summer School twice, in Strategic Management (2014) and Corporate Law and Governance (2016).
